Your test download

The test product is an English-language, eight-page PDF guide with printable worksheets. It requires a PDF reader and internet access. No physical products, consultation, prescription or subscription are included.

Stripe displays a simulated £19.99 payment. No real money is charged. After Stripe confirms a successful test payment, we email a protected download link to the address entered at checkout. Please check that address before submitting the form.

Keep your download link private. If the message is missing, check spam and contact support@drrubens.org.

The guide is educational information. It does not diagnose a condition or guarantee a cure. Dr Rubens is the brand name; this draft does not assert clinician authorship or endorsement.

Privacy during testing

Dr Rubens is based in Gibraltar. For privacy requests, contact support@drrubens.org. Full legal seller details and the final commercial privacy notice are being prepared before live sales.

The test delivery system stores the checkout email address, Stripe order and payment references, order time, email delivery status and whether download access has been revoked. We use this information to verify payment, deliver the file, prevent duplicate delivery and handle support or payment disputes.

Stripe processes payment details. This website does not store card numbers or security codes. Resend processes delivery emails and download links. Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting, the order database and infrastructure logs. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. These services may receive technical information such as an IP address and request details.

There is no newsletter signup, medical intake form or advertising tracker in the application. Payment and hosting services may use essential cookies or storage. Please do not submit medical histories, nail photographs or other sensitive health information through checkout or ordinary support email.

Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your test order information. The current application does not automatically delete test orders. Retention periods, legal bases and international transfer arrangements must be finalised before commercial launch.

Support & complaints

Email support@drrubens.org with your order reference and checkout email address. Do not include card numbers, passwords or medical records.

No real payment is taken during testing, so there is no paid purchase to refund. Commercial cancellation and refund terms will be published before live checkout is enabled. Nothing on this page limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
